Reading benefits: Here is why you should read everyday

I've always believed reading is a great therapeutic for the mind, body and soul. Which ever topic you enjoy, whether it's research, a newspaper article, the bible, a fiction fantasy, a non-fiction, etc. It's an escape, without physically moving your body to travel.


A book is an ESSENTIAL wherever I go.


So, determined to research a more detailed benefits guide, I came across this site. Written by Lara Winter-Hébert, for the UCSB (UC Santa Barbara Geography).
